What this site offers today

This site introduces Gustara, a photo-based meal tracking app, and announces its upcoming release. The app is not yet published on the App Store or Google Play.

You cannot create an account here, no service is provided through this site, and no payment is taken. The terms that will govern the app itself will be published here before it becomes available.

Using the site

You are welcome to browse this site. You agree not to disrupt how it works, not to try to reach non-public parts of it, and not to scrape its content automatically.

Content and intellectual property

The Gustara name, the logo, and the text, images, and code on this site belong to GHLOT LLC unless stated otherwise. You may not reproduce them without written permission.

Screenshots of the app show a product still in development and may change before release.

The information here

Everything published on this site is provided for information and may change at any time. Gustara provides nutritional estimates and is not medical advice. Consult a healthcare provider for any medical decision.

This site may link to third-party sites, including Apple's and Google's. We have no control over their content and take no responsibility for it.

Changes

We may update these terms, particularly when the app launches. The date above shows when they were last changed.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of any mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence that cannot be varied by agreement. You may also bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence, and nothing in these terms limits that right.
